How to Load

If the balance of the Smart Prepaid SIM is low, purchase additional minutes to apply to the prepaid balance using the following methods:

  1. Click "Load Now" banner.

  2. Select the load amount and quantity that you want to purchase.

  3. Enter a Smart Prepaid mobile number where you want to send the load.

  4. Select a Payment Method.

  5. Wait for notification of completion.
    When the recharging (loading) process has been completed in the Philippines, you will be sent a notification of completion in about 5 minutes.

Available to payable by "WorldDyne Points" and "Credit Card"

Settle with WorldDyne Points

It requires a subscription to the WorldDyne service offered by Indigo.

  1. Check that the load amount, quantity, and Smart Prepaid mobile number where you want to send the load are correct.

  2. Enter your domestic mobile number registered to WorldDyne and click [Submit] to receive a verification code.

  3. Enter the verification code you received by e-mail with your domestic mobile phone and click [OK].

  4. The load purchasing procedures are now completed.The load purchase results will be sent to your domestic mobile number by e-mail later.

Settle with Credit Card

Credit Card payment is now available!! You can use VISA, MasterCard and JCB.

3-D Secure is necessary due to personal authentication for purchase SMART E Load with Credit Card.
If your Credit Card does not activate 3-D Secure yet, please go through 3-D Secure activation in advance.

Please access to following 3-D Secure websites or ask your Credit Card issuer regarding the procedure.

Note;
  1. Please understand in advance that we cannot accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges after the completion of the relevant procedures due to the nature of electronic load.
  2. Complete the settlement procedures only after carefully checking the load amount, quantity, and prepaid mobile number where you want to send the load.
  3. We shall not be responsible for any damage resulting from information entry errors and improper operation by the user.
  4. If you fail to process multiple numbers for the load at the time of purchase because of system maintenance or failure, you will only be charged for the successfully processed quantity.
  5. Please understand that we may temporarily suspend the service without notice because of system maintenance by the Japanese or Philippine mobile service provider.
  6. Please understand that we may change the sales price depending on the exchange rate for the foreign currency (Philippine pesos or U.S. dollars).
